Teams Guest Access

Hello Teams Support,

Greetings!

I have a question regarding guest permissions in Microsoft Teams.

We have created a specific team for collaboration with individuals outside of our organization.

We noticed that guest accounts lack access to many of the features needed for our collaboration. We need our guests to be able to access the calendar, book meetings, record meetings, access the meeting comments and attendee lists.

Is there a way to allow guests these permissions and can these permissions be applied to a certain team and not the whole organization?

Hello, first, this isn't "support". It's simply a community with members asking and answering to help each other out. Microsoft support is something else and can be contacted from M365 admin center -> Service requests, for example.

All those things you mention above are the limitations of being a guest user in another tenant and you cannot change that behavior.
