We have 2 domains in O365 Tenant & are in process of migrating to 1 domain and while we are sending mails via Teams Group mail ID, participants with abc.com receives the mail and other participants with xyz.com does not receive, rest all features for Teams are good

 

Is there any settings to control that

Do you mean to the Channel emailaddress or to the group emailaddress?! Are the member from different domain part of the same group/ team or are they in separate groups? Either way the mail should be delivered in the group or the channel!
Please elaborate further..

Hi, It is Group Mail ID.

All members of 2 domains are part of same Team. only 1 domain members receive mails and 2nd domain members does not.

 

I am owner of Team and I send from my id to Group Mail ID.

Hmm! All members share a single group mailbox so the mail should be there! Do the members see the group in outlook? Is it empty?
Also, are their private mail working without issues?

private mails are working fine

Groups appear in old domain users members but do not receive mails

Groups do not appear in new domain users members but can receive mail via Group mail id
