Teams going Snowy

I'm having trouble with one of my users Teams instance. About once a week his teams app will go completely snowy (see attached image) We have tried repairing and completely uninstalling with the microsoft tool, and reinstalling fresh. Any ideas?

Seems more like a video graphics fault! Tried updating video drivers?
