During calls in microsoft teams, every few seconds the conversation freezes for approx. half a sentence. 

My internet works fine and i have no problems when watching movies or such.    i tested connectivity with Network Assesment tool and attached results

please can you check the call quality dashboard and check the metrics you will get further clarity on the cause of the bad audio quality

Hi @yarin1999 

 

Recommendation disable the New Meeting Experience and Try the services. This should fix the issue for you. It seems that the New Meeting Experience is causing issue for the Microsoft Teams on the Low Bandwidth Option.
