teams free with office365 account

Hello,

 

when trying to get teams for free with this link:

 

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sign-up-for-teams-free-70aaf044-b872-4c32-ac47-362ab29ebbb1

 

after entering the Mailadress related to my Microsoft account I got the message "My organisation is not supported by teams in this version"

    ReiRKo May i know which option you are choosing to enter your email address. School/Work/Friends&Family?

    If you wish to use your personal use, select Friends and Family and enter your personal Microsoft account and try.

    ThereseSolimeno Hello! Back from vacation so bear with me if I don't understand the issue. ReiRKo I assume your trying to enter your corporate address? "If you already have a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription, you're eligible for the trial version of Teams (with your corporate identity), not the free version." In other words, If you want to set up a Teams free org. you'd need to enter another address or create a new one.
