Hi friends,
I would like to forward my calls to a voicemail in Teams coming from a specific group of users and not from every caller. They are internal users and group would be a Microsoft365 group.
Is it possible?
Thanks

Hi @muhammad_kekereekun ,
Thanks for your reply.
There are no Call queue or auto-attendant involved. It's just for any calls coming to my Teams.
For instance, when some from my tenant/directory selects my account to make an audio/video call.
There is the option to forward all the calls to a voicemail like this screenshot:
However, I don't seem to be able to select a group of users (or numbers) where this option can be applied to.
My intention is to block most of the calls during a certain time frame, except for a small target of user who have to call me all the time.
Hope it makes sense 🙂
Thanks

SolutionUnfortunately, Microsoft Teams doesn't currently offer a built-in feature to selectively forward calls to voicemail based on caller groups.
While you can forward all calls to voicemail or set up call forwarding based on specific conditions (like unanswered calls or busy status), there's no direct way to specify forwarding based on the caller's membership in a particular group.
Kindly confirm if this information proves useful to you.
Thanks.
