I have user that has this issue. If she clicks on the ellipses menu for a file and select Download, Teams appends a bunch of garbage to the file name. So:
- Test.xlsx
- TEst034806db10df5f5f77f925d8e28493110810755ddd7ddaf8c1a79146b3fb387e.xlsx
the change does not happen till they download the file and it goes to the download folder. So far it is only happening to this one user. It does it to every file no matter what extension. I have tried uninstalling teams and clearing the cache from AppData. As you can see by the image it adds a bunch of random stuff. I only found one post about this but no resolutions. Any help appreciated.
