I'm reaching out here after I tried troubleshooting myself the problem without success. I think I need help.
the app seems to be unable to connect to the internet, which is weird because my machine is connected.
Solution tried: I have reinstalled it a few times. After uninstalling and removing the files from the following locations:%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Teams%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingsAddin%AppData%\Microsoft\Teams%LocalAppData%\SquirrelTemp
and then reinstalling, the app works for several minutes. Then I get the "Oh no ... we can’t connect to the internet. Check your connection." error (see attached).
What can I do to make it work?
