Teams Desktop App Zoom issue after clicking Sync

In the Teams Application, after clicking "Sync" on a Files tab, the App Zoom resets (to 100%) then stops responding to change via holding Ctrl + mouse-wheel as well as through the menu at the top right. It responds again once selection is changed - by clicking on a different channel and back.

Any suggestions here?
