Teams - Conversation tab - Newest on top or Oldest on top - Give user the RIGHT TO CHOOSE

Copper Contributor

Issue:   MS Teams Conversation is defaulted to Oldest on Top and cannot be changed.

MS believes this is a better, and ONLY way and provides no option to customize.

Many seem to think the Newest on top is better, yet this has, from what I have read is preferred by many.

Microsoft claims to be "customer-centric."

So I ask, instead of debating which is better, why can they not give us, the user/Customer/the ones that ultimately pay the salaries of everyone at Microsoft, the ability to choose which orientation to have?

a simple button, like sort order in MS Excel Filter options:

1.   Newest on top

2.   Oldest on top

and for something exceeding extra special...

3.    Search for _____________________

So we know that they can do it, They Choose NOT to.

GIVE US THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE!

Just Saying......

Hope that answers your question!
