Teams contacts showing limited contact info

Brass Contributor

Hey friends, I have seen some discussion of this topic but I'm wondering where things stand.

Contacts in Teams (Calls/Contacts) show only name/title/phone for external contacts,  yet the Outlook contact which is feeding Teams has email address/physical address/ etc.

Is there a way to show complete 'calling card' info in Teams Contacts to include email address and other info?

thanks,

Larry

Hi @Larry Goldfield

Not currently, the functionality is as it is. Whilst I can't go into further detail Microsoft are very aware and knows that contacts is an underdeveloped part of Teams and have it in its thoughts. I would keep an eye on announcements over the course of the next few months through the Microsoft Teams Blog and the Microsoft 365 roadmap.

There are also multiple uservoices open for a better contacts experience including these
