Please i need your help on this issue.

 

We have noticed that presence information from certified Teams Phones (Audiocodes in this case) always show as green, but other Teams clients (Desktop client, WebClient, and mobile client (iOS & Android)) properly reflect changes in presence.

 

We have been working closely with Audiocodes on this issue. They are aware of the issue, but they say the root cause is somewhere in the team's app that is loaded to the physical phones.

I guess you need here to get both Audiocodes and Microsoft support engineers to closely work in your case
