We've had multiple users report getting a message from Microsoft in Teams notifying the about the Teams Chat pop-out. The issue we are having is some of the users receiving this are NOT in Teams Only mode and therefore don't have the ability to Chat in Teams. It's generating questions and confusions why they don't have it or if they should. How does Microsoft decide who gets these communications?
