Thoughts please.
Teams chat group on desktop is unmuted, however shows on phone app as muted.
When clicked on app to unmute the chat holds as unmuted until the chat is left, it then shows the icon as muted and no notifications issued.
I have deleted all memory et from the app = no change
I have deleted and reinstalled the app = no change.
There is no issue with noitifcation for the chat group on the desktop only the app.
Is there a solution for this?
