Teams chat history

Hi all,

Ive 2 users who cannot see the chats history from each other. yet when they start chatting again the history comes back. it only seems to affect these 2.

Ive checked they are not set to "hide" both are on the same enterprise environment, windows and teams versions.

anyone see this behaviour before?

How about getting them to log out, clear the cache

And then log back in again. Does it happen for them on the web client at https://teams.microsoft.com?
