Teams Chat - File Access

I have no problem receiving files from my team except for 2 members. No matter how many times they try granting me access to the file, I am unable to open and view any files that are sent via Teams if it is from those 2 members. 

I am not sure why this is the case

Hi @airi_roundone - are they sharing in a Teams post or in an instant message? And if from a Teams post, are they uploading the file to the Team first? Have they tried sharing directly from the file's location - OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.?
