Teams channel tab open application failture

Need your help.

I using Teams channel tab open application 【sometimes 】failture.

But using browser open applicaion is 100% sucuessful.

Did anyone know the reason ?

@__Judy__ I would try to clean the cache of teams and retry https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
