Teams Channel document library sync via odopen command gone after reboot

Copper Contributor

Hi there!

We have setup serveral teams and channels. We would like to sync all the document libraries from teams. We've to sync the libraries via the 'odopen://sync/?' command. Due to 250+ devices.

But when we do so, it's is working normally but after reboot the sync has removed.

Cannot find anything in the logs but only in 'ObfuscationStringMap.txt'; Failed to load LibFolderScope.

Other things we tried:

- Click on the sync button manually. That will work even after reboot. But that isn't an option due to lots of different channels and devices.

- If we create manually a new document library within a Team Site (so with exact samen permissions and site settings); the sync via the odopen command will work normally, even after reboot.

- It seems to be default behaviour, because; it happen to all our Office 365 tenant (tested with 5 different tenants), all Teams Sites (created with MS Teams) on all devices we tested with.

Hope anyone could help. Thanks a lot!
