Teams Channel Disappear

Hi all community members,

As we are doing different pilot group for our MS teams roll-out to whole organization currently we came across one issue that suddenly one of a Teams Channel Disappear from last two days we have around 18 users member of that Teams which had the default general channel and the other one "Pilot deployment" which is disapeard we have only two owners both didn't touch that part, also we checked Teams > Managed > Channels Under Active and deleted there is only general under active but nothing else.

though it had a planner tab which we created in that channel in the online planner we could see both the general channel planner and the Pilot deployment channel planner.

has anyone else came across same issue or concern.

I had a very similar issue.

A team that only I manage completely disappeared from my list on the left. 

I still had notifications from the team but could not access any content. I checked with other team members and they had access.

After approximately 2 hrs and restarting the program several times, the team reappeared.

I am using the desktop application.
