Teams camera causes issues and Blue Screen

Hello Teams Community,

 

Please i need your help on this.

 

Many users have issues with their Teams Camera. We mostly have Lenovo laptops and some Logitech/Microsoft webcams used with Lenovo desktops as well.

 

Normally if there are issues with Teams I reset the camera in Windows Settings>>Privacy>>Camera. I have made sure the driver is current and have also uninstalled/reinstalled teams.

 

Today when disabling / re-enabling the camera in Windows Settings >>Privacy it caused a BSOD.

 

I know this is a known issue.
