Teams calls outside organization are disconnecting

Hello,

 

our user is having pretty odd problem with the Teams desktop app running version 1.4.00.8872.

 

User is able to have calls with her colleagues without any problems but when using the phone system to call outside the organization the calls disconnects usually after a while. Today it was after 15 minutes in the call. First the other participant isn't able to hear her and after a moment it is disconnecting the call completely.

 

This problem has occurred in the home office as well as in the main office of the organization as well according to user. User doesn't have a VPN connection in use. We are using Phone System with own carrier via Direct Routing.

 

Any suggestions?
