Teams calls dropped when more than two participants are joined the meetings

Hi Everyone,

A user has Teams desktop app version 1.4.00.11161, when he joins the Teams Meetings at home with more than two participants, he keeps on getting disconnected.

I have re-installed the Teams app and cleaned the cache on Teams folder but the issue remains.

The user was experiencing this for about 2 weeks now, do you have any further advise or suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Hello, this should be network related and I assume it's a work computer. Same behavior using Teams on the web? As the user is working from home I would focus on that. Have you tried any troubleshooting as how the user is connected? Does it work if bypassing the router at home for ex. and then if necessary try other solutions.
