Teams Calling Plan - Showing Forwarded Number To Fellow Employees

• So we have calling plans with MS Teams
• Let's say my co-worker is away from the office and forwards their desk phone to their personal cell
• I go to Teams and dial them up using their Teams phone number
• Because they have forwarded their Teams calls to their cell phone, I am able to see the forwarded number in my Teams app
• Is there any way to mask this so that employees can't see which number they are being forwarded to?

I know this is an old post, did you every get a solution to this. We have recently migrated to telephony to Teams (Direct routing) and have the same issue.

If it's still happening for you...I would presume Microsoft hasn't done anything yet.
