Hi there,
I know here are some similar threads, but I'm struggling with the visibility of external caller ID's while using calling plans. We have just the default global policy for the caller ID and it is not modified. If an external mobile phone users calls us, he will be shown as "anonymous" although he is not hiding his caller ID.
Where is the issue?
