I am experiencing issues assigning a service number to a user's calling id policy.
When performing outbound calls, the service number is not used, instead, the users own number is selected.
When trying to assigning an 'anonymous' policy no issues are found. However, i'd like to use the service number for outbound calls.
Tried several things including creating a new policy and selecting the service number, creating new policies with PowerShell, also directly routed to the resource account, changing the global policy to use the resource account.
This works perfect for me when making the changes to the Service Number. I was able to replicate the services and my service number is shown. It takes some time for the replication to take place. It doesn't works immediately.
