a Teams account sign on on multiple device, PSTN incoming call go to one device can ring and another team client can't ring and show missed call (Using Direct Routing).


It should able to ring multiple device on a teams account?

Could it be that the other device has notification settings set to prevent this. Some examples of this behaviour are shown in this article - - focus assist and quiet hours for example.
