Teams-Call still ringing on smartphone even DND is active in Teams

We switched recently to teams calling with call queues and auto attendant and everything.

Firstly we had Presence-based routing active. But this was a huge problem because if everyone was taking a brake, the call queue wouldn't reach us after we went available again and clients got stuck in the queue.

So we disabled Presence-based routing. Now the rule is to set the status to DND in teams if you are not available due holidays or other stuff.

Sadly, it still rings on the phones, even if DND shouldn't allow incoming calls. Is this a MS Bug or is there something wrong configured?
