Hi,
I'm trying to find information about creating a public teams call group. All I can see is guidance for setting your own personal groups.
What we have just now is a tannoy system using telephones but as we are moving to Teams and will not have desk phones anymore is there a way to set up call groups for all users to see? For example for all First Aiders so that if we needed a First Aider, we would select the Call Group and all their phones would ring until one of them answered?

SolutionHi @RRMX01 ,
Yes, for a scenario like this you would set up a Call Queue which uses the Attendant Routing to call all of your members at the same time.
