Hello Teams Community,
Please i need your help on this.
All the users in TEP are complaining that their Teams calls and meetings are dropping.
Does any have any idea how to resolve this issue to prevent the teams calls and meeting dropping.

@Ademola_Engineer as admin you can see the call records if you look up a user, these would normally give you some idea as to why the call terminated, combine that with using the Call Quality Dashboard to track patterns by location, devices etc.

Do you have a stable network on your location?
You could monitor your network and see if there is any drop in the network connection to Microsoft or not.
