In the meeting instance the two meetings have different color schemes on the left side. One has a solid color and the other has a shaded grey. What is the difference between the two?
Thank you

Solid means "busy" (you've "accepted" the meeting), shaded means "tentative" or "pending answer". You can right-click the entry and select the desired value from the "Show as" menu.
