Teams Best Practice regarding Hyperlinks

Copper Contributor

Hi Experts,

I need some guidance on a recommended best practice in Teams.

I have a scenario where my company is not allowing 3rd party app plugins for Teams. I am using Smartsheet and can't add the app as a tab as a result. I need to be able to send my team links to the schedules I create in Smartsheet. I know I can post an announcement and embed the hyperlink in the announcement. But as more and more posts are added, this announcement will eventually scroll off the screen. I could also add MS Lists as a tab and include important hyperlinks in the Lists app.

What's the best approach/best practice here? Thanks in advance.

@tmc_legrand Use a website tab?

Genius! Thank you Steven. I was not aware of the website app. That's exactly what I need.
