Teams Auto using incorrect device

Please i need your help on this.


Teams keeps using the wrong output device on multiple devices. 


So even when we select the correct device it still will not work.


Also when we try to make a test call everything works. When we try to make a call afterwards it stops working!!


Also the version of teams goes back to an older version 1.4 instead of the latest 1.5!

Teams Auto Attendant will use the last logged in device where the user was logged in to route the call accordingly. If you are using the VDI set up then we would need to validate if there is any issue with the Teams Application on the VDI which is causing the Teams version to roll back.
