We have recently switched from a legacy phone system that used extensions to TEAMS. The auto attendant on our main phone line is recognizing the numbers input for an extension and transferring the caller to a menu item that matches one of the numbers dialed.
Has anyone encountered this issue and discovered a good resolution? We have included a caveat in our greeting that the menu has recently changed and there is an option for searching for an employee.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
