Hi Everyone,
We have started using teams as a phone service. We have SBC configured by our telephone provider. (we don't use on premise S4B). We are able to call users with online voice routing policy and teams calling policy. (Enterprise Voice Enabled is also enabled of course).
I created a resource in teams for auto attendant, assigned that resource A1 license and Phone System - Virtual User license.
In the Phone Numbers I a phone number from which I than assigned to the resource. (I don't have a number from my SBC).
I than created an auto attendant where I used dial keys to transfer the calls. I set one of the dial keys to call an external number.
For some reason this is not working. Any ideas?

did you assign a Microsoft number to your Auto Attendant?
because if you assigned an online number.
you also need to add a Calling plan License.
Otherwise, you will not be able to dial external numbers.
