Teams Audio Conferencing Participant Increase

We are seeing the need to have a conference call with more than the 250 maximum participant for a teams audio conference. We need a way to have more than 600 participants that will be on phones only. Is there a Microsoft solution for this situation?

Currently that is not possible and since you want them to dial in to the meeting Live Events is not an option.

There is a uservoice request about this, vote for it and get others to vote for it to get Microsofts attention. Also comment that you want more than the 500 participants that this request wants.

Since there is no way to force everyone to be muted in Teams I can see some problems with a meeting that large.
