A customer of mine is trying to setup up audio conferencing licenses on several user accounts so they can have a dial in number etc. After a week or more it's still showing as pending...any ideas? I opened up a ticket with Microsoft 2 days ago and have gotten no response, I know their slammed but hoping to get a quicker response here.

There are multiple on-going provisioning issues with the Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Services. I would recommend to request the customer to remove the license wait for 4 hours and re-assign the licenses. This would re-trigger the provisioning of the user account for the Audio Conferencing Services.

we have also this issue for some users (1 user got the audioconference license after minutes but 2 other wait since a few days)
do you have any updates?
