Teams Audio Conferencing Conference ID

When a user is assigned an Audio Conferencing license they receive an email with their PIN, phone number and "Conference ID".  What is this conference ID used for?  This is not the one that is sent out when scheduling meetings since those are different conference ID's for each meeting.

@ThereseSolimenoIf I'm reading that correctly, each user gets a conference ID assigned to them when they get a license but I have no idea when this assigned one ever comes into play.  If each meeting generates a new conference id, whats the purpose of the one assigned to the user?
