Hi, We have pushed out Teams apps 3 weeks ago via the admin teams control panel but it does not appear in apps in Teams client. It takes so long. 


Problem is when we add new apps in teams admin, does not appear in Teams client app store .

We use App Permissions Policies in teams admin.
We want users to install apps that are available in our organization teams.

Hi, you should go through your Teams App permission policies and App setup policies. Also check that you allow these org-wide. Start here and work through the different policies. When completed be sure that those policies are also assigned to your users.


Let me add that you certainly don't have to wait weeks, it's hours, and perhaps at rare occasions ~24 hours.
