Does anyone know Microsoft's stance on supporting apps they publish in the Teams app store?  For example, our organization might find the Who app really valuable and we would like to make it available for use.  Do any guarantees exist that those apps won't turn into vaporware unannounced?

The Who app has a link to the following Terms and Conditions page from Microsoft.

This is probably as much as you are going to get.  There is no real guarantee that the App will continue to exist, so you have to take that gamble I'm afraid.
