Teams app security - does blocking Microsoft apps block the built in tabs?

In Teams Admin center > App permission policies, there's an option to Allow all apps for Microsoft, or allow certain ones or block all.
What is it referring to? If I block all does that prevent adding tabs like Planner or OneNote? Or just external apps that Microsoft published?

Hi, you will block all Microsoft published apps in the store, very few Microsoft apps not part of the store will still be accessible to add as a tab.
