I have have been trying to find a solution to a problem with the Teams App on Android phones, when there is an inbound call there is a ringing notification but Teams itself does not launch or pop up so we have no idea who is ringing. This seems to affect everyone on our tenant that uses the app. If a Teams to Teams call is placed between users it is fine. has anyone else had this problem?
We are using the Microsoft Phone System.
