I’m learning how to implement Microsoft Teams and OneNote. Questions I have: 1. Since I teach the same course, is there a way to create a document that is shared to each Team and student and edited it daily? Can I link a section in the notebooks and allow it to sync for bell ringers and tickets out the door, questions students complete daily? 2. If I create an assignment for individual students within a class, why isn’t there a way to copy or edit the assignment? We had a group project with 7 groups in each class and I had to create a new assignment in each of my six courses. Also if I needed to rearrange the students in the groups, I had to delete the groups and reassign the project to the students. 3. How can I remove students’ notebooks who have moved or unenrolled from my school? When I try to use the manage notebooks option, it asks me to sign in and doesn’t accept my school login information. Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure if I fully understand your question but I'll try to answer.
1. You could share a file from your own OneDrive, either with the groups in question or with anyone, and then link to that file from within Teams or OneNote. If it's a daily routine you could also @mention the users or groups and add the link to make sure they get a notification as well as easy access.
2. You should be able to create a new assignment based on an existing assignment, effectively copying it. Just hit the down arrow on the Create button in Assignments and choose From existing.
3. After students are removed from the team you need to manually remove those sections using OneNote. Please contact aka.ms/edusupport if you're not able to login.
