Teams and Multiple Accounts

Dear Teams,

 

I have been using Teams now for just under 1 year and have had no issues with it.  About 4 months ago I started a business and also purchased Teams to do my work.  Using the APP on a new PC.

 

Since I have had the new account [ie two accounts] so many issues:

 

1) Every time I change from this account to business I have to enter the security code that gets texted to me.

2) If I want to manage options for classes setup I have to use different browsers unless I want to log out and log back in.

3) Every time I change accounts on Teams my email accounts get reset and I have to re-set them.

4) Opening a simple excel document on Teams via a channel does not work.  Unless I restart my computer and close any other APPs. 

 

Help please.

Do yourself a favor and use a single app per account. Using one of the accounts via the browser Teams version is an easy way to do so, or if you prefer to use the desktop app, follow the instructions here: https://www.allabout365.com/2017/09/multiple-teams-accounts/
