Hey all,
maybe im just missing a very obvious thing. In the Teams admin center you can easily review which policies are assigned to a specific user by viewing the policies in Users -> Manage Users.
But where do i find the information for a specific policy to which users it is assigned? E.g. i want to find out to which users a specific meeting policy is assigned.

Solution
After clicking on Manage Users, there should be a Filter icon on the right side. Match the condition to your policy.
I.E. Filter --> Match any one of these conditions --> App Permission Policy --> equals --> ITshop.
