I've been getting this error when accessing Org-wide settings-->Teams settings in the Teams admin center for a few days now. The tenant is a "Teams Only" org. I'm seeing this on other, but not all, of my tenants. Anyone else?

@Bob Manjoney I was curious about this, so I went to that option - don't go there much. I've got the same error as well. We're an 'Islands' mode. Haven't a clue how long it's been happening. Everything shows 'off', but incoming emails to channels is still working regardless, even though the option shows off.

@Bob Manjoney - I started working on an issue that recently popped up with newly-created Teams. Specifically, when we'd select the 'get-email address' for a channel it would fail & we'd see a 'We're still setting up your Team'.
I just checked this area in my tenant and got your error + another one when I discovered that the 'Allow users to send emails to a channel email address' had for some reason been disabled! It wouldn't let me enable the setting.
Previously-created Teams were fine, and newly-added channels would have their e-mail addy enabled.
Time to open support ticket, I guess...

@adam deltinger , 'delay' was one of my 1st thoughts as well, so I tested and waited. 24 hours. 48 hours. No difference. Once I hit Files, and/or Wiki (thus provisioning SPO), the Channel email addy became accessible, and the "We're still setting up your Team" error disappeared. IDK if this is temporary or what. Wait and see and hope it resolves itself, I guess.

Here's what I noticed.
Those errors stopped occurring for me also. Coincident with the disappearance of the errors I originally described, a new item appeared in the Teams admin center for "Teams Apps". This showed up in all the tenants where I was encountering the error in my OP. When I tried to access these new settings, I got a similar error across the top...and was unable to use them. Then, after a day or so, that new "Teams Apps" option has disappeared, and I'm no longer receiving errors.
My naive theory is that they were in the process of rolling out Admin center changes to support Teams App settings, something borked in the roll-out, and they rolled everyone back, since I saw this happen across multiple tenants. My admin center is now back to this:

@Bob Manjoney It's getting to the point I love errors - that means they're finally releasing something to our tenant! Sorta kidding....
That 'click to get the channel email' has been documented on a couple of blogs I read - someone was asking how to get the address through the API, and couldn't because it hadn't been generated yet - no one had clicked the link. Wish they'd just assume we'd want an address and provision it when the channel/folders are created...
