I have to use team web app to join meetings people send me. The issue is that when someone is talking their video will frequently freeze for 1-15 seconds say 10-15 times per 15 minutes. Sometimes their video will freeze permanently until I rejoin. Oddly the audio will keep working. When I rejoin immediately the problem will be fixed. This happens on all my computers. My network speed is fine I think 100 megabits down 20 megabits up. This issue happens at anytime of the day and seems to be worse when there are more people in the room. 1 on 1 (may happen 1-2 times every 15 minutes) vs a room with say 6 people (10-15 times every 15 minutes).
Is there any way to fix the problem?
