Team video is white for members

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this

several users are reporting that they can only see themselves while in a Teams meeting. All others show up in a white box. Clearing cache is a temporary fix. You can uninstall and reinstall to a previous version and it works until Teams is updated again.

This seems only to be happening with 1.5.00.8773 (64-bit). If we re-install via https://teams.microsoft.com, it will install version 1.5.00.8070 (64-bit) and that one works.

Once again, only seeing this issue on version 1.5.00.8773 (64-bit).

HI. We have had a lot of issues with this as well. What happens if you press View up in the left corner, and then choose fullscreen?

I had same error on any layouts(full screen, left, top). please fix it.

I have a new version today, 1.5.00.9162. But the problem has not been fixed yet.

I downgrade Teams applicaton to 1.5.00.8070. It works.

More info: As a potential temporary mitigation, users and admins may choose to disable Developer Preview mode or GPU Hardware Acceleration in Teams (if appropriate for their environment) while we continue to work on remediation.

Current status: The fix has been rolled out to the remaining infrastructure, and we've received customer reports indicating the issue has been resolved. We’ll continue to monitor the service until Monday, April 11, 2022, before confirming final resolution.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to view video feeds in Microsoft Teams meetings, calls, and screen shares may be impacted.
