We are a business with the free version of Teams. I added a new user 3 weeks ago, and he has had no problems logging in. This week, he wasn't able to sign in, saying his account is locked. A code is sent to his cell phone, then when he enters it, it says user limit exceeded. We only have 23 members in the group. How can we get him back in?
