A lot of my team meetings - ones I arrange myself and those I receive at work - have options for Zoom and Microsoft meetings as the dial in. How do I force meetings to default to one video conferencing solution - and preferably Zoom, as that is what people are used to here. The UX for Microsoft team meetings is terrible.
We're ending up with half the people clicking the Zoom link and the other half being in the Microsoft teams meeting
@paulphillips That would be up to your email client and the plugins for Zoom and Teams. If I guess you are using Outlook here's the option that 'makes every meting a Teams meeting' that you could uncheck to stop Teams being added by default.
