Dear All,

After Installing Team software many users are not able to login with their official email id and we are getting this error. All systems are the Domin Join system.

 - Access from personal device is not allowed

 - Windows not supported

Is there any issue with the windows build version. we have the current build version is - 1709/1607/1609 and some PC have Windows Pro. Please see the error attachment also.

Please suggest the solution.

Thanks in Advance

@JMahto Can you expand the Troubleshooting details and post.

Do you have any conditional access policy in place to block access from un-managed devices ?

Check your AAD Sign-in Logs to know the Exact reason for block and see if any conditional access policy blocking.

@PrasannarajuAll devices are Domain Join systems. We are running both Meeting Software, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Team. We have around 1500 users and only getting this issue with 60 users.

@JMahto Teams hardware requirement https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/hardware-requirements-for-the-teams-app

Whether all users who were able to login to Teams are in same network and has similar device as impacted ?

Have you checked the AAD sign-in Logs for understand the reason for failure?

Can you try to the below.

Close Teams

Open Windows Explorer

Type %appdata%

AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams

Delete all items in this folder

@Prasannaraju

Hi,

which user-facing (Remote User) this issue, if he comes to the office (Lan environment) they are able to login in Teams. After that, it's working fine from a remote location with the Internet and with or without a VPN.

Really it's a very strange issue. If anyone has a permanent solution, please help to get the solutions.
